and not complain about business with COZ, you should choose your words and how you say things more carefully. Anyways, a lot of vendors sell items that they do not stock. I don't know if this is the case here or not, but some orders are straight from another source ordered through the vendor you do business with. Always expect delays and make sure communicate well if you have special request whether it be calling them or even posting in the 'additional comments' box on an Internet order.
